Made from the same block of ladder damascus, a set perfect for the home chef, possibly with limited space or a smaller cutting board. The Chef is 6” long, but still has the @’ heel height of most larger chef knives. This still gives plenty of knuckle clearance and height for chopping taller food, but the shorter length gives a little more stability in the geometry, as well as being easier to wield precisely out at the tip.
The paring knife is there for everything else. Both have cottonwood handles with lots of curl in them, and Karelian birch and G10 spacers.
