Forged from 52100 high carbon steel. Ground almost clean, just a hint of the hand forged texture remains to show the story of its’ making. 7.5” cutting edge and a 1.75” heel. The handle really stands out from the extreme uniqueness in the spalted piece of tamarind wood. A very interesting piece of wood from every angle, and the changing of density between the grains makes for a great textured feel in the hand.
