AEB-L Stainless chef knife with a beautiful satin finish. 8.25” blade and a 2.25” heel makes this a big knife, but not too big. The acrylic handle with aluminum spacer give this a little more weight than my usual wood handle knives, but doesn’t effect the balance point in a negative way, just gives some heft in the hand and just falls right through your food prep. A dinner making slayer.
